Senior Principal Consultant

You should have domain knowledge in Pre-paid and Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service providers. You must demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Product modeling using PDC and online and offline Rating using ECE. Additionally, you should be proficient in rate plan configuration, configuration of usage events based on various rating attributes, and configuring Closed user group, Friends and family, Charging based on threshold, Advice of Charge, fair usage policy, rating group, and location-based charging. Experience in configuring Sy/Gy interfaces, working with Diameter protocol, HTTPS gateway, rating time, and billing time discounts is essential. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are crucial for this role. You must possess knowledge of deploying Billing and Revenue Management on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure. Customer-facing skills are required to drive workshops with customers using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies. Experience in working on waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and flexibility to work in a DevOps environment is necessary. Strong communication skills are a must to interact with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. As an individual, you should be self-motivated, work well in a team environment, and be able to mentor the team. Willingness to travel and exposure to working with cloud tools, technologies, and frameworks are expected. Responsibilities include strong C, C++ programming skills, knowledge of Java technologies, experience in C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, PCM Java, BRM Web service, and scripting languages (perl/python). Additionally, exposure to Customer implementations, Policy customization, Domain Knowledge of Convergent billing, and configuration and release management tools is required. Proficiency in developing Function/Technical Designs using VISIO, UML, Requirements Gathering, Test Case Development, and Use Case Documentation is essential.
