Detailed Required Skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering or master&aposs in computer application10+ years of work IT experience in at least 2 of the following products Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua, Responsys), Oracle Engagement Cloud, Oracle B2C Service Cloud, OFSC, OPA, Oracle Subscription Management Cloud/Service Logistics Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA.Knowledge of EBS or Siebel or Fusion ERP/HCM an added advantageStrong knowledge in at least 2 industries preferredStrong pre-sales knowledge.Should be able to liase with the different groups (support, development and so on)Excellent Client handling skillsExperience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, user documentation
