You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in presales within the IT/Software services industry. An educational background in BE/B.Tech with a focus on Electronics or Computer Science is preferred. In addition, you should possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. The role requires a willingness to travel both within India and abroad. Strong search skills and a passion for continuous learning are also essential. As a Presales Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technology teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding and aligning clients" functional or business requirements with the product offerings to demonstrate the benefits to the client. You will support sales account managers during client visits by providing necessary product information and technical insights. Additionally, you will assist in the production of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Ensuring a smooth transition of business and functional requirements from clients to the technical teams will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for coordinating with local and corporate support teams to address technical issues promptly during the pre-sales process. A crucial part of your role will involve effectively showcasing Amnexs products and technologies to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. This will require a blend of technical expertise and communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.,
