Senior PLC Engineer

**Job Description:** As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed successfully and within the specified timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop PLC programs for a variety of automation applications using languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram. - Integrate newly developed PLC-based control systems with existing machinery and equipment to enhance overall efficiency. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within PLC systems to maintain the seamless operation of automated equipment. - Integrate PLCs with HMI and SCADA systems, configuring screens to visualize data effectively. - Create and update detailed technical documentation, including functional design specifications and process descriptions. - Conduct system testing, commissioning, and provide on-site support for automation projects and systems. - Collaborate with production teams, project managers, and other engineers to offer technical expertise and training to plant personnel and clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. - Proven experience in PLC design, programming, and system integration. - Strong knowledge of automation technologies and programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. - Experience in HMI/SCADA integration and technical documentation creation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
