Prompt Engineering

Support the Platform Team in rapidly prototyping and implementing AI-powered tools and dashboards (e.g., Outlook/Zoom/Slack/Confluence analytics, automation agents, and observability dashboards). The contractor will work under the guidance of senior engineers and architects to convert AI-generated blueprints into working, production-quality solutions.

Technical Skills Must Have

• Programming & Scripting: Strong foundation in Python or JavaScript for automation and integration tasks; experience using REST APIs (Microsoft Graph API, Zoom API, etc.).
• Data Handling: Ability to clean, transform, and visualize data from CSVs or APIs; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau).
• AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot); understanding of prompt engineering and iterative building using AI tools.
• Web & UI Basics: Comfortable working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for prototypes and dashboards; able to deploy front-end mockups from AI-generated templates.
• Collaboration Tools: Experience with GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD basics, and agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Mindset & Execution: High curiosity and initiative to learn new tools quickly; ability to follow AI or human-generated implementation plans accurately.

Technical Skills – Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DOMO connectors, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
• Exposure to LLM-based workflow automation or chatbot building (OpenAI APIs).
• Experience working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Understanding of data privacy and security concepts.
• Ability to write simple documentation or knowledge articles in Confluence or Markdown.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and polish features defined by senior engineers or AI-generated implementation guides.
• Connect enterprise data sources (Outlook, Zoom, Slack) via APIs for analytics and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards in DOMO, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Validate outputs from AI instructions, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate in agile sprints; maintain version control and documentation.
• Continuously explore and recommend automation or optimization ideas.
