Senior Planning Engineer for Commercial Project

You will be responsible for preparing and gathering all data and information required for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the execution of activities for the north project. This includes providing technical support and coordination with all site planners. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience. Your main tasks will involve preparing the construction schedule using tools like MS Projects or Primavera, as well as creating other planning documents such as Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, and Manpower Histogram. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the project cash flow, estimated budget, and resource planning using Excel and MSP for both manpower and material. You will need to track the resources on a regular basis and calculate the efficiency of manpower and utilization factors for all deployed equipment based on actual progress and manpower. You will also be required to identify the critical path of the project through regular monitoring and prepare schedule impact reports for project management.
