Senior PHP Developer | Team Lead

Job Description: As a Senior PHP Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications using PHP and related technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical problems, optimizing application performance, writing clean and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring web applications meet security and compliance requirements. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing robust and scalable web applications using PHP and related technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems. - Optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability and scalability. - Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. - Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers for code quality improvement and team productivity. - Ensuring web applications meet security and compliance requirements. - Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing and deployment. Qualification & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in developing PHP applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.,
