Senior PCB Design Engineer / Technical Lead - PCB Design Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements and customer input to execute Layout Engineering. Your main tasks will include converting schematics to PCB layout, stackup design, layer planning, and ensuring design considerations for EMI/EMC, thermal, and mechanical performance enhancement. Additionally, you will design complex and multi-layer PCB boards using Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer Tool. Your technical expertise will be crucial in handling projects independently, implementing DFx processes and comments, and ensuring on-time quality deliverables. You will also need to be a flexible team player who can interact effectively with other team members and designers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze technical requirements and customer input for Layout Engineering - Convert schematics to PCB layout - Design stackup and plan layers - Consider EMI/EMC, thermal, and mechanical performance enhancement in designs - Use Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer Tool for complex PCB board design - Handle projects independently with technical expertise - Implement DFx processes and comments - Self-review work and assist team members in reviews - Ensure on-time delivery of quality work - Support library by creating schematics symbols, footprints, and managing the library Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering - 4 to 6 years of experience in PCB Layout Engineering - Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and Altium is mandatory; knowledge in Mentor Graphics Expedition is an added advantage - Good knowledge in Allegro and Altium Constraint Manager - Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an added advantage - Expertise in DFx concepts and implementation; familiarity with Valor/CAM350 or DFM/DFA tool is preferred - Technical expertise in High-Speed Digital, Analog, and Power Supply designs - Experience in Intel designs, especially Sandy Bridge and Westmere designs - Familiarity with High-End Processor-based Motherboard Design, DDRx memory interfaces, Ethernet interfaces - Experience in multi-layer board design with blind/buried and micro via, Backplane designs - Familiarity with Signal Integrity concepts and implementation, including length matching, delay matching, constraint setting, and cross-talk analysis - Experience with Constraint Manager - Self-initiative and highly flexible,
