About the department

Our GIAM department is part of the Global Information Security team within Digital, Data, and IT. We are dedicated to enhancing access management while ensuring robust data protection for internal and external users. Our global team of experts focuses on delivering innovative security solutions that enable efficient resource access for millions of patients worldwide.

The position

As a PAM Specialist within the Global Identity Access Management (GIAM) department, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define business and security requirements for privileged access.
• Contributing to the formulation of global PAM strategies, standards, and procedures.
• Leading the deployment and integration of PAM solutions to ensure secure architecture.
• Utilising advanced PAM technologies to enhance security across IT and cloud environments.
• Designing privileged access controls in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, automating account management processes.
• Extending PAM principles to Manufacturing/OT environments, working with industrial control systems and IoT platforms.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree combined with significant experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Information Security at large international organisations.
• Strong hands-on focus on architecture, deployment, and solution administration and in-depth experience including advanced PAM capabilities like Just in Time access.
• Proven experience implementing and managing privileged access in cloud environments and extending PAM principles to Manufacturing/OT environments such as ICS and SCADA.
• Strong understanding of modern security paradigms, including Zero Trust Architecture, securing machine identities (certificates, secrets, and keys), and implementing passwordless authentication.
• Hands-on knowledge of advanced monitoring and response tools like XDR, MDI, and solutions for detecting and mitigating identity-related threats.
