Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results and improving ROI on our paid media efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital strategies. Technical Skills:

Proven expertise in managing large budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Heat Map Tools and other marketing tools.

Experience with A/B testing platforms, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign insights and recommendations.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Min 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related role, preferably in an digital agency setting.

Proven expertise in managing e-commerce brand paid ads campaigns.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Heat Map Tools and other marketing tools.

Experience with A/B testing platforms, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to performance marketing.

Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or lead generation businesses.

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
