Senior OS/Linux Server Management Engineer

As an ECS Regional Delivery Expert at SAP, you will be part of the ECS Regional Delivery Team (SWAT) focusing on continuously improving ECS delivery for customers in the region. Your role as a Senior OS/Linux Server Management Engineer will involve: - Collaborating with various SAP stakeholders and customers to provide end-to-end Managed services experience during a customer's cloud transformation journey. - Implementing proactive Go Green plans to ensure de-escalation and escalation avoidance for ECS customers. - Strengthening the delivery capabilities in the region by leveraging your expertise in OS/Linux Server with customer-facing experience. To excel in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: - Expertise in OS/Linux Server management. - Proven experience in customer-facing roles. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should possess: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Relevant certifications in OS/Linux Server management. - Previous experience in a similar role within the cloud services industry.
