Senior Oracle SCM Configuration

As a seasoned Oracle SCM Cloud professional at Spectral Consultants, one of the US Top 10 Accounting & Tax Advisory Firms, you will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Supply Chain modules for global projects. You will be based in Bangalore and have a hybrid work mode with 6-12 years of experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, and PIM. - Set up Inventory Orgs, Subinventories, Locators, Cost Orgs, and Cost Books. - Configure Requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and approval workflows. - Support FBDI-based data migration across SCM modules. - Execute unit testing and validate end-to-end SCM business flows. - Configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) components like Account Rules, Mapping Sets, JERS, and Accounting Methods. - Prepare functional documents, support SIT/UAT, and resolve configuration issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud functional configurations. - Expertise in Inventory, Procurement (SSP, Purchasing), Cost Management, and PIM. - Solid understanding of FBDI migration, procurement workflows, and basic SCM business flows. - Experience in SLA configuration and costing setups. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
