About the Role:

Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.
• Lead technical design and development of

  Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP Reports

  , and

  personalization's

  .
• Implement and support

  inbound/outbound integrations

  using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
• Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform

  unit testing

  , troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience in ERP/Cloud application development.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

  (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.).
• Strong expertise in

  Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts

  , and

  BI Publisher/OTBI reporting

  .
• Experience in building and maintaining

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  integrations.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and XML/XSLT.
• Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects

  .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the

  manufacturing industry

  with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
