Senior Oracle EBS Engineer

As part of the Technology team at Priceline, you will play a crucial role in customizing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS financial modules to enhance efficiency and align with business needs. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining customizations for AP, AR, and GL modules, modifying Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL procedures, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) for custom solutions and enhancements, developing custom Oracle BI Publisher reports, managing interfaces between finance modules and other systems, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and optimizing PL/SQL procedures for faster processing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain customizations for AP, AR, and GL modules. - Modify Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL procedures, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) for custom solutions. - Develop custom Oracle BI Publisher reports for AP, AR, and GL modules. - Manage interfaces between finance modules and other systems. - Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures. - Reconcile AP, AR, and GL during close periods. - Ensure seamless integration between subledger and General Ledger. - Work with functional consultants to align customizations with financial processes. - Optimize PL/SQL procedures and report performance for faster processing. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS with a focus on AP, AR, and GL modules. - Extensive experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Experience with BI Publisher for creating custom financial reports. - Knowledge of accounting principles and their implementation in Oracle EBS. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL) and subledger accounting. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS patching, security patching, and application maintenance.,
