Senior Oracle Cloud SCM/HCM/ERP Technical Analyst

As a member of the Fusion Redwood Accelerated Adoption and Automation team at Oracle, you will collaborate with a diverse and highly focused team to engage with various technology teams within Oracle's Next Gen Suite of applications. Your primary objective will be assisting customers in embracing new technological innovations like Redwood for Fusion Apps. Your role will require you to possess the following personal attributes: - Strong learning orientation to stay updated on emerging business models, processes, application solutions, and technology features, leveraging this knowledge to deliver value to customers. - High flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic business and organizational environment. In terms of education and experience, a degree in BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent is preferred. However, other qualifications combined with relevant experience will also be considered. To excel in this role, you must have: - Profound understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS Applications - Experience in customizing at least one Oracle SaaS application (e.g., Oracle HCM, SCM, ERP, or CX) - Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP reports, JavaScript, Java, etc. - Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio personalization - Familiarity with DevOps practices including Agile methodology and CI/CD - Understanding of Fusion Embedded GenAI - Desirable to have familiarity with server-side languages like Java, Python, Node.js for complex logic implementation You should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and be positioned at the Career Level IC3.
