With an established presence in India and expanding operations across Europe, we are focused on scaling our online business, reaching new markets, and building a profitable international brand.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our D2C operations across India and Europe. The role involves overseeing sales, marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• D2C Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across India and Europe, covering sales, marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and customer service.
• Sales & Business Growth: Develop strategies to increase online sales, expand market reach, achieve revenue targets, and improve profitability.
• Performance Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to monitor and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns, improving customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• E-commerce Management: Drive sales performance across Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage inventory, warehouse coordination, order fulfilment, shipping, returns, and delivery performance.
• Financial Management: Monitor marketing expenditure, operating costs, and profit margins to ensure cost efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Team & Process Management: Lead cross-functional teams, establish SOPs and KPIs, streamline workflows, and monitor business performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in D2C operations, e-commerce, or business management, preferably in consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and digital marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
• Proven ability to scale online sales, manage marketing budgets, and improve business profitability.
• Good understanding of Shopify, Amazon, e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, marketing, and financial data to drive decisions.
• Proven team leadership, process improvement, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in international D2C operations or European markets will be an added advantage.
