Senior Officer R&D (Immunology rapid tests)

Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IVD industry in a relevant area. A Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry, preferably with a first-class distinction, is required for this position. Your expertise should include knowledge of Rapid assay development, particularly in Immunology test development such as lateral flow and flow through. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Immunodiagnostic products, ensuring timely delivery according to set milestones. - Transfer technology effectively from the laboratory to the production line and provide necessary support. - Enhance existing products and troubleshoot batch failures or product complaints. - Design experiments, follow Good Laboratory practices, and prepare documentation to comply with ISO13485 standards for technology transfer to the Production and QC department.
