Senior Officer R&D (Immunology rapid tests)

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IVD industry in a relevant area. Ideally, you hold an M.Sc. degree with a specialization in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop Immunodiagnostic products, including the development of new products, improvement of existing products, and troubleshooting during batch failure. You will also be involved in the transfer of technology from the lab to the production line and ensuring compliance with ISO13485 standards. - Develop Immunodiagnostic products, with a focus on Immunology test development such as lateral flow and flow through assays. - Create new products within specified timelines and milestones. - Transfer technology effectively from the laboratory to the production line, providing necessary support. - Enhance existing products and assist in troubleshooting during batch failures and product complaint investigations. - Design experiments, implement Good Laboratory Practices, and prepare documentation to meet ISO13485 standards for technology transfer to the Production and Quality Control departments. - M.Sc. degree with a specialization in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry, preferably with first-class distinction. - Minimum of 2-3 years" experience in the IVD industry, particularly in the relevant area. - Knowledge of Rapid assay development. - Expertise in Immunology test development, specifically in lateral flow and flow through assays.
