Senior Officer - Instrumentation

As a Senior Officer - Instrumentation at Bunge, your role will involve carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance and repair activities on various instrumentation and control systems within the plant. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform daily troubleshooting of equipment during shifts. - Maintain a daily log sheet and proper reporting matrix to the Executive. - Ensure timely calibration activities of equipment as per schedule and document them. - Conduct timely preventive maintenance as per the equipment schedule. - Ensure equipment installations are done according to standards. - List activities to be performed during shutdown. - Ensure the safe completion of work by following proper work permits, LOTO procedures, and communication with the Shift in charge. - Immediately report unsafe activities to the concerned department and actively participate in safety activities. - Check and inspect the functioning of critical interlocks by P&ID and ensure 100% functionality. - Read and understand manuals and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot effectively. - Maintain instrument and workplace hygiene and cleanliness, and implement work standards like 5S, kaizen, and root cause analysis of frequent breakdowns. **Qualifications Required:** - ITI (Instrumentation) - 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and repair As a team member at Bunge, you are expected to improve outcomes by making data-driven decisions, putting the customer first, and gaining insight into global strategies.
