Senior Officer - Fraud and Vigilance

Role Overview: As a Fraud Investigation Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating cases related to Fraud, Whistleblower, Anonymous complaints, and Vigilance. Your main focus will be on ensuring logical conclusions and closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Reporting in compliance with Internal Policies, Guidelines, and Master Directions will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be tracking, monitoring, and responding to correspondence from Law Enforcement Agencies and Regulators. Your responsibilities may also include preparing notes/reports for presentation to Competent Authorities, Management, or Board, as well as tracking queries and implementing recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate cases of Fraud, Whistleblower complaints, Anonymous complaints, and Vigilance - Report in accordance with Internal Policies, Guidelines, and Master Directions - Track, monitor, and respond to correspondence from Law Enforcement Agencies and Regulators - Carry out any other reviews or tasks assigned by seniors - Prepare notes/reports for presentation to Competent Authorities, Management, or Board - Track queries and implement recommendations - Create and maintain a database, ensuring proper and up-to-date Management Information System (MIS) - Ensure timely dashboard updates for stakeholders on Fraud, Whistleblower, Vigilance, and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) - Implement measures for preventive vigilance and analyze existing processes from a preventive vigilance perspective - Stay updated on market fraud trends, collect intelligence, and conduct training for Business/Other support functions on recent fraud trends Qualification Required: - Banking Product & Process Knowledge - Regulatory Knowledge on Fraud - Skillful Communication - Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry,
