Job Description

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for various financial and accounting tasks such as liaising with the Head Office and providing assistance during audits. Your role will involve managing the month-end closing process, which includes preparing journal entries and reconciliations. Additionally, you will review and prepare balance sheet accruals and conduct sales analysis after the month-end period. - Liaise with the Head Office and assist during audits - Manage the month-end closing process including preparing journal entries and reconciliations - Review and prepare balance sheet accruals - Conduct sales analysis post the month-end period - Interact with distributors to settle claims - Create dashboards and projects - Manage stock and damage audits - Coordinate with auditors in case of issues during stock or damage audits - Create purchase orders - Process salaries - Have knowledge of TDS and reconciliation processes - Provide monthly reporting data for the CSD/CPC channel - Conduct productivity and data analysis for the same Proficiency in Excel and SAP is essential for this role, and familiarity with PowerBI will be advantageous.
