Senior Officer Finance, Commercial

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various financial and accounting tasks such as liaising with the Head Office and providing assistance during audits. Your role will involve managing the month-end closing process, which includes preparing journal entries and reconciliations. Additionally, you will review and prepare balance sheet accruals and conduct sales analysis after the month-end period. You will also be actively involved in interacting with distributors to settle claims, creating dashboards and projects, and managing stock and damage audits. In case of any issues during stock or damage audits, you will coordinate with auditors. Other responsibilities include creating purchase orders, processing salaries, and having knowledge of TDS and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is essential for this role, and familiarity with PowerBI will be advantageous. You will be expected to provide monthly reporting data for the CSD/CPC channel and conduct productivity and data analysis for the same.
