Senior Odoo Developer(5+ Yrs Exp)

As a skilled Odoo Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise versions. You will need to analyze business requirements and effectively translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating third-party applications and APIs with Odoo using REST/SOAP protocols. Your role will also involve performing code reviews, testing, and ensuring optimization for performance and scalability. You will be responsible for handling Odoo version migrations and upgrades, as well as providing technical support and bug fixing across modules. In cases where applicable, you may lead a team of junior developers. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb is essential. Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and Odoo APIs is also required. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, and reporting tools like QWeb and Excel reports will be beneficial. A good understanding of Odoo standard modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) is crucial, along with strong problem-solving and debugging skills. While not mandatory, experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized deployments is considered a plus. Any contributions to the Odoo open-source community, knowledge of integration platforms, and exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle and client-facing experience would also be advantageous for this role.,
