Senior Odoo Developer

As a Senior Odoo Developer with over 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in architecting and leading enterprise-level Odoo solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo solutions across multiple versions, designing and implementing complex business workflows, automations, and integrations, optimizing Odoo database performance, and managing multi-company and multi-currency ERP implementations. You will also be creating custom Odoo modules using Python, ORM, PostgreSQL, and integrating with REST API/XML-RPC API. In addition to your technical tasks, you will be leading and mentoring developers, ensuring best practices, high-quality code, and successful project execution. Direct collaboration with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consultation will be a key part of your role. You will take full ownership of projects from planning to execution, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of hands-on Odoo development experience, proven team leadership and client management skills, expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Odoo MVC architecture, and proficiency in JavaScript, Odoo Web Client (OWL), jQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Strong API development skills, experience in multi-company and multi-currency ERP implementations, and expertise in performance optimization, database tuning, and caching mechanisms are also required. Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud hosting platforms like AWS, GCP, and DigitalOcean, as well as strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for Odoo framework and business logic, will be beneficial for this role. Experience with Odoo Studio, GraphQL for Odoo, contributions to Odoo Community Modules, Odoo.sh for cloud-based hosting, and Odoo Enterprise Edition features are considered as bonus skills.
