Senior Node.js Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our team and take the lead in building the backend of this dynamic project. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and architect a secure, scalable backend for a finance platform using Node.js. - Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate APIs and ensure smooth operation between all systems. - Implement real-time data processing and messaging for trading functionalities. - Ensure code quality and performance optimization, including managing memory usage, performance tuning, and data integrity. - Work closely with DevOps to deploy and manage the backend on cloud infrastructure (AWS or other platforms). - Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure robustness and stability, especially for financial transactions and user authentication. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Node.js, trading, and finance-related technologies. Required Qualifications and Skills: - 2+ years of experience with Node.js development in a senior/lead role. - Strong knowledge of Express.js, Nest.js, or other backend frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. - Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and DevOps practices. - Proficiency in implementing security best practices, particularly in finance applications (encryption, secure authentication, etc.). - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
