What you’ll do:
Design and manage high-availability LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN and VLAN networksOptimize PACS/RIS connectivity for fast imaging delivery (CT, MRI, X-Ray)Troubleshoot DICOM (C-STORE/FIND/MOVE) and HL7 interfaces with EHR/HISImplement ZTNA, 802.1X segmentation and TLS/IPsec encryption for HIPAA complianceDiagnose latency and handshake issues with WiresharkOnboard new modalities and integrate SAN/NAS or cloud VNA

What you bring:
5+ years in enterprise networking, including 2–3 years in healthcare ITHands-on PACS, RIS, VNA and DICOM integration experienceHL7 v2/v3 knowledge and interface engines (Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf)BGP, OSPF, QoS, firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)Strong grasp of HIPAA and medical device network isolation

Good to have: CIIP / PARCA, CCNP R&S / Security, JNCIP
