Senior .NET Engineer

As a software engineer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core. You will contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure systems. Collaboration with frontend developers on integration points and contributing to UI development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) will also be part of your responsibilities. Your code should be clean, maintainable, and testable, following engineering best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the backend and frontend. Leading code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and upholding high engineering standards are key aspects of this role. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. It is essential to stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the stack. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core / C#. - Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. - Familiarity with at least one modern frontend JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue). - Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, IdentityServer). - Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus). - Background in performance optimization and security best practices.,
