Role & responsibilities Company - Xyram Software Solutions(Permanent Opportunity) Job Title - Senior .NET developer Job Location(s) - Chennai - (WFO) Mode of Interview - F2F interview Work Experience - 4-7 Years Job Description Primary Skill Set : .Net Core , C#, Solid, OOPS, Design patterns, Unit Testing, SpecFlow, BDD, TDD, Web API, REST, statelessness, LINQ, EF/ORM, SQL Server. Secondary Skill Set : Angular and related web tech good to have (Angular is preferred and not MUST) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient .NET Core applications. Build and consume RESTful Web APIs that adhere to stateless principles and are integrated with front-end applications. Apply SOLID principles , OOP , and design patterns to develop clean and maintainable code. Write and maintain unit tests , using frameworks such as xUnit/NUnit . Develop behavior-driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD) practices using SpecFlow or similar tools. Optimize performance, ensure code quality through code reviews and continuous integration processes. Work with Entity Framework (EF)/ORM tools to develop data access layers. Utilize LINQ for efficient querying and manipulation of collections and data sources. Interact with SQL Server , writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. (If Angular experience exists): Collaborate with front-end development teams using Angular to integrate services with web applications. Preferred candidate profile
