Senior .NET Developer (Azure + CLM Experience) Hybrid | Bangalore

You are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET C# and Azure development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable features using .NET C# and Azure services, leading data migration, ETL, and validation processes, working on Conga CLM for customization, integration, and automation, deploying and delivering using CI/CD pipelines, and writing scripts/tools for contract migration and data processing with AI-enhanced workflows. Additionally, you will be expected to update and manage JIRA stories, follow agile delivery practices, troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, integrations, and deployment, as well as guide junior developers and conduct regular code reviews. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data migration, ETL, and validation frameworks, as well as familiarity with cloud security, authentication, and authorization. Proven skills in debugging, optimization, and performance tuning are required, along with experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence. The ability to lead, mentor, and maintain high code quality standards is essential. While experience with Conga CLM is a plus, it is not mandatory, as upskilling support will be provided. Exposure to Conga CLM or other CLM platforms, experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, and an understanding of AI-based automation and document workflows are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
