As a Senior Multimedia Designer at Wordsburg, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and pedagogically sound multimedia learning experiences. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience as a multimedia designer with a strong portfolio in learning content projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. - Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in designing user-friendly interfaces for digital learning. - Knowledge of WCAG and digital accessibility best practices. - Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics for educational content. - Familiarity with 3D design software and AR/VR design considerations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in AGILE methodologies and experience in complex content delivery environments.,
