Senior Motion Graphic Designer

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer at our company in West Delhi, your role will involve being a highly creative and technically proficient individual with expertise in 2D animation, 3D animation (optional), AI-enhanced design workflows, and advanced video editing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling motion graphics across digital platforms, making you a strong visual storyteller. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging 2D and optionally 3D animations, as well as 2D cartoon character animations. - Utilize AI-based design platforms and tools effectively. - Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw (optional: Blender, 3ds max). - Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards. - Enhance design efficiency and creativity by leveraging AI tools. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards. - Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies. - Apply excellent understanding of motion design principles, typography, and color theory. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation. - A portfolio showcasing work aligned with the key requirements. Preferred Extras: - Experience with Blender or similar 3D software. - Familiarity with generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, or Midjourney. - Knowledge of sound design and audio syncing.
