We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Modeller to join our team at Ajio.com. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM Modelling.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various project stages, including conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and construction phases.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
Adhere to company and project-specific BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols.
Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model as required.
Conduct clash detection analysis using software like Navisworks and communicate solutions to the project team.
Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs to support client presentations and design reviews.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (any discipline).
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Modelling.
Proficient in BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, ACC/AEC Suite.
Possess strong knowledge of parametric modelling and family creation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
