Senior Middleware/ Business Layer JAVA Developer

You will be responsible for developing robust middleware solutions to enable the seamless integration of various databases, applications, and systems. Your key tasks will include creating message queues, APIs, and other communication channels for efficient data sharing. Collaboration with system administrators, software developers, and other stakeholders will be crucial in delivering high-quality middleware solutions. It will be essential to continuously refine existing middleware components, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust middleware settings as needed. Remaining abreast of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends will be necessary to enhance middleware capabilities effectively. Participating in meetings to gather company requirements, documenting technical specifications, generating user-level documentation, and working closely with Quality Assurance teams to address test findings and application functionality will also be part of your role. Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in middleware programming, specifically Java, and familiarity with middleware frameworks such as Azure middleware engine, Azure functions, and Azure service fabric. - Experience in developing web applications using any MVC framework. - Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and XHTML. - Practical understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including the ability to create and optimize database queries. - Familiarity with cloud-based middleware platforms like Azure Service Bus and AWS Lambda. - Understanding of serverless architectures and adherence to best practices in middleware security. - Demonstrated track record in optimizing middleware performance. - Business acumen related to specific industry practices and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Middleware Developer. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
