Senior MERN stack Developer

As a Senior MERN Engineer at the company in Indore with a hybrid work mode, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) - Architecting and optimizing backend APIs for high performance and security - Developing responsive front-end components using React.js with modern UI frameworks - Implementing authentication and authorization solutions such as OAuth and JWT - Working with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data management - Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability - Optimizing application performance and handling scalability challenges - Troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications - Mentoring junior developers, contributing to code reviews, and following best practices To excel in this position, you must have: - At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development - Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, Redux, Hooks, Context API, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git workflows - Solid understanding of security best practices for web applications - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to work in agile development environments Desired skills: - Degree in a related IT field - Proven communication skills with management, clients, and technological experts - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience in the Insurance Industry - BE/ BTech / BSC degree This role offers the opportunity to stay updated with the latest trends in MERN stack development and emerging technologies while contributing to the growth and success of projects.
