Senior Marketing Business Analyst

As a Senior Marketing Business Analyst at Epsilon, you will be a key contributor to the multi-channel marketing engagements within the People Cloud Customer platform. Your role will involve producing and managing client deliverables, working closely with both clients and internal technical delivery teams. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities: - Create campaign business requirement documents based on client discovery/intake - Follow SDLC to build multi-channel marketing campaigns - Build complex campaign flowcharts/workflows and conduct unit/end-to-end testing and deployment - Develop waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements - Work proactively to enhance delivery quality, repeatability, and on-time delivery of campaigns - Conduct effective client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes - Assist in developing and implementing best practices, standards, and methodologies around campaign processes and automation Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Understanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts, and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc. - Experience in executing high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across various industries - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HCL UNICA Campaign, or Adobe Campaign - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting campaign data output - Ability to translate business campaign strategy into business requirement documents and functional specifications - Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, ability to write HTML and JavaScript is preferred - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills About Epsilon: Epsilon is a global data, technology, and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
