Job Description

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join the team full-time in India. As a custom product engineering company, we work with multinational organizations and scaling startups to address their most challenging business issues. As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional development team that engineers experiences for the future. Your responsibilities will include analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, defining testing scope, creating and implementing test plans, and contributing to QA documentation creation. You will conduct functional and non-functional testing, offer recommendations for enhancements, and actively participate in various project activities according to the selected methodology. Additionally, you will configure and propose improvements to Test Management and bug-tracking tools, as well as provide coaching and supervision to middle/junior engineers as needed. Ideal candidates will have expertise in software testing practices, proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, and experience with API and Database testing tools. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Bug Tracking, and Test Management tools is essential. Desirable skills include familiarity with CI/CD tools, Mobile Testing practices, Automation tools, and Cloud projects.
