Senior Manager/AD - Sales

In this role at Freight Tiger as Associate Director - Growth, you will play a crucial role in leading revenue growth across key enterprise accounts and acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities will involve strategic sales planning, team leadership, and deep account ownership to unlock high-value opportunities and expand Freight Tiger's presence in India's logistics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Define regional and sectoral sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. - Drive go-to-market initiatives for new product lines and verticals. - Lead engagement with strategic enterprise clients, nurturing CXO-level relationships. - Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across modules and services. - Mentor and guide Sales Managers to achieve individual and collective targets. - Review pipeline health, offer coaching on deal strategy, and ensure consistent forecast accuracy. - Build multi-quarter revenue plans and deliver against growth KPIs. - Identify and convert strategic partnerships or ecosystem plays that accelerate reach. - Partner with product, analytics, and operations teams to deliver differentiated client solutions. - Represent Freight Tiger in senior forums, industry events, and leadership reviews. - Use sales analytics to identify trends, improve conversion ratios, and sharpen strategy. Preferred Qualifications: - 10-14 years of enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain tech. - Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large strategic accounts. - Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. - MBA or equivalent degree preferred.,
