Who We're Looking For -

Experience: 4+ years in program/project management, strategy/ops, or consulting; exposure to education, B2B, or high-value consumer tech preferred. Prior account management and AR/collections coordination is a strong plus.

Education: Graduate/MBA (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent preferred).

Skills & Attributes:

o Analytical problem-solver; comfort with dashboards and Excel/BI

o Executive communication; stakeholder management across CXO/academic/admin

o High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity

o Process rigor; documentation discipline; contract and SLA awareness

o Passion for education and impact-led work
