Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Service Reliability Engineering for Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that critical application capabilities are achieved and defining plans for critical business services within Sam's Club based on their importance. Your responsibilities will include utilizing automated tools to assess readiness, providing feedback to enhance the quality of automation, and identifying opportunities to enhance sustenance and recovery capabilities, along with governance processes. You will be expected to bring experience and expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and integration with other platform services. Knowledge of Cloud platforms is essential for this role, and exceptional communication and presentation skills will set you apart.
