Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- At least 15+ years of working experience in SW development
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like computer science or software engineering
- At least 5+ years of work experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, .NET, Python, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of coding languages
- Hands-on experience in programming debugging skills
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
- Nice to have a semiconductor domain and life cycle.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and systems design
- Industry certifications like Certified Solutions Architect (CSA) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
- Ability to work with cross-site teams
- Should have demonstrated prior experience in putting together Proof of Concepts for technology demonstration
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication ability to communicate with the development team and the management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Collaborating with decision-makers and management to understand the organization's software architecture need designing, developing, and modifying software architecture as per the organization's specifications
- Leading the development team and ensuring that they follow industry-standard best practice
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, lead the architecture community
- Evaluating and improving the tools and frameworks used in software development
- Manage multiple development projects and ensure their timely completion
- Collaborate with development teams to drive innovation
- Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes wherever needed
- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have Troubleshooting issues within the software systems
- Your role would also require you to work with team members to identify issues and propose design and methodology improvements
