Senior Manager - Software Development Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager - Software Development Lead position at our Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds. A.TREDS Limited, a group company of Axis Bank, operates as a national level online platform that facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. Our business involves various activities such as opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting, and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange through Factoring and Reverse Factoring. In addition, we provide services permitted by the RBI from time to time. Invoicemart serves as an online receivable discounting platform that enables smooth and efficient short-term financial transactions among financers, buyers, and sellers. As a hands-on Software Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of skilled developers to deliver complex internal system development projects across different products and technologies. You will primarily work with React.JS, Core Java, .NET, and MS-SQL Server technologies. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and leading activities throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project success. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Understand and contribute to technical solutions from design to code level. - Manage a team of developers through effective coaching and mentoring. - Collaborate with Business Heads and Business Analysts to provide accurate delivery estimates and oversee the project lifecycle. - Provide progress updates to Development Project Managers and manage delivery risks and issues. - Lead the delivery of multiple complex system development projects. - Participate in reviews, meetings, and provide project progress updates. - Ensure stakeholder involvement and support by building strong project teams and maintaining communication. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations. - Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. - Support project resource scheduling and department capacity planning. - Maintain software quality within the team by establishing best practices. - Identify areas for team growth and improvement. - Assist in user requirements collection, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans. - Prepare documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance. - Develop and refine integrations between applications and external systems. **Competencies Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Development, or a related field. - 6-8 years of hands-on software development experience in core Java/ .NET Framework. - Proficiency in writing/understanding Restful Web Services and working with files using Java/ .NET. - Knowledge of MS-SQL Server, React.JS, and Oracle DB is advantageous. - Agile or PMP certification is a plus. - Experience in leading development teams is beneficial. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational skills. **Technologies:** - Proficiency in 3-tier architecture and web server deployment in DMZ. - Experience with sFTP technology and working with flatfiles. - Knowledge of REST API services and messaging using JSON. - Skills in .NET, Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat, Active MQ, and React.JS programming. - Understanding of basic DB structure with Oracle or MS-SQL.
