Senior / Manager, Projects, Group Development Management

The role involves working closely with Asset Managers to oversee all aspects of development works within industrial and logistics projects, both new developments and existing assets. Responsibilities include conceptualizing design requirements, managing design consultants, obtaining project approvals, overseeing tender processes, monitoring construction, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves engaging service providers, reporting project issues, and leading a small team. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, with at least 15 years of experience in commercial, retail, residential, industrial, or logistics projects. Experience in logistics or industrial development projects is required, along with a focus on continuous improvement and value engineering.
