1. Handling overall Production operations including planning & achieving production targets with the production team.
2. Looking after overall performances of the staff while setting performance parameters, deadlines & work delegation.
3. Defining proper routing/ scheduling of work and effectively deploying manpower and material resources to achieve production targets in required quantity and quality.
4. Supervising budget & planning the funds for procurement & sourcing of materials to ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, maximum cost savings & meeting anticipatory orders.
5. Managing all the activity from material procurement to shipment.
6. Handling complete manufacturing operations such as production scheduling, manpower planning and customer inspection
