Senior Manager - Product Engineering Certification (PEC)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Global Product Design Engineering and Validation, including ownership of POCs, Demos, trainings, PPAP, CFD processes for Quality Manufacturing. Your role will involve developing mechanical drawings for products, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring conformance to pre-defined technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of quality standards like TS 16949 & ISO-9001 / ISO-9002 and ISO-9000/TS 16949. - Understanding corporate culture and relationships between various departments. - Communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in PPAP, Wiring Harness, APQP, PFMEA. - Leading technical meetings with Customers and organizing Cross-Discipline technical reviews. Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Electronics with a Diploma or Degree in Management. - Experience: 10 to 12 years, preferably in managing smart city projects/ITS/LED projects. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
