Job Summary: Rishabh Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, a leading IRDAI-licensed general insurance broker, is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive corporate alliances, and enhance the company’s brand presence in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (offline and digital) Build and nurture institutional tie-ups and B2B alliances Lead corporate branding, PR, and communications Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide campaigns Oversee internal team performance and external agency deliverables Support sales with marketing insights, tools, and lead-generation support Ensure compliance with IRDAI and regulatory marketing norms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
