Senior Manager, Manufacturing Systems Data Data Historian, Batch Reporting & Analytics

As an experienced Data Historian Architect in a GMP-regulated environment, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and implementing PI Data Historian solutions for batch reporting and analytics in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing settings - Leading global data transformation programs, managing technical teams, and ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and SDLC best practices - Integrating advanced analytics platforms like Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI with PI and manufacturing data sources - Ensuring IT/OT cybersecurity, data integrity, and cloud-based architectures meet industry standards - Developing software using Python, SQL, or other relevant languages for data engineering and automation - Applying AI/ML concepts to manufacturing analytics for predictive analytics and anomaly detection - Managing finances and vendor relationships effectively and engaging with stakeholders at all levels In addition to the above, the company values visionary leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in fostering a collaborative data-centric culture. Qualifications for this role include: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with PI Data Historian in a GMP-regulated environment - Extensive experience with advanced analytics platforms like Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI - Proven track record of leading global data transformation programs and managing technical teams - Deep understanding of GxP regulations, CSV/validation, and SDLC best practices - Expertise in IT/OT cybersecurity, data integrity, cloud-based architectures, and modern data platforms - Strong software development experience with Python, SQL, or other relevant programming languages - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to manufacturing analytics - Excellent financial and vendor management experience - Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred qualifications include expertise in OSIsoft PI/AVEVA historian modules, experience deploying data integration solutions between PI, SAP, MES, and automation platforms, proficiency with cloud-based analytics, and professional certifications in Data Analytics, PI System, or Project Management.
