Job Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure end-to-end

  secretarial and statutory compliances

  for

  4–5 Public Listed Companies

  .
• Ensure compliance with all applicable

  laws, regulations, and statutory guidelines

  under the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant regulations.
• Timely filing of

  statutory returns, forms, and disclosures

  with regulatory authorities.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate

  Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings

  .
• Draft and maintain

  agendas, minutes, resolutions

  , and other meeting documentation.
• Liaise with

  Board Members

  and senior management to ensure effective governance and communication.
• Implement and monitor

  best practices in corporate governance

  .
• Prepare and finalize the

  Annual Report

  in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
• Maintain statutory

  registers, records, minutes, and key corporate documents

  .
• Coordinate with

  Statutory Auditors, Practicing Company Secretaries, ROC, Consultants, and other stakeholders

  .
• Handle

  compliances related to Rights Issue

  and other corporate actions.
