**Immediate / 30 days Joiners** Senior Manager: Graphic Designer Work Mode: 5 days work form office Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, point-of-views, brochures, and other print and digital assets. Create visually appealing and effective presentations for internal and external use. Utilize AI design tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity. Develop and edit simple videos suitable for social media platforms. Collaborate with marketing team members and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into the design process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral and presentation designs. Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva, or similar) is an added advantage. Basic video editing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Self-motivated, innovative, and not afraid to embrace change and new challenges. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Experience coordinating with various marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
