Senior Manager - Ethics & Compliance

Role Overview: As a dynamic professional at Zepto, you will be responsible for managing Ethics Compliance and enforcement across India. Your role will involve handling confidential and critical information, improving processes for managing ethics complaints, and collaborating with external consultants. You will work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment to conduct investigations, oversee risk assessments, and promote awareness on ethics compliances throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and manage ethics compliance matters, including investigations and the implementation of recommendations. - Supervise Hotline Management, Case Management, and provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents. - Collaborate with internal and external partners for timely threat and risk evaluations from a KYCAML compliance perspective. - Design and develop physical and digital security asset protection in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Enhance the standard of third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements and Site Security Standards. - Contribute to SOPs and Policies of the Organization by drafting representations and complaints. Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of Forensic work experience. - Qualified CA with working experience in Big4 forensic practice, Ethics Compliance in large corporations. - Experience in managing WhistleBlower policy, ABAC policy compliances, and developing security and compliance documentation. - Proficiency in analyzing data and intelligence to evaluate risk and guide operational decisions. - Familiarity with vendor KYC/AML compliance and Microsoft Office tools. - Excellent drafting skills and written and verbal fluency in English required. - Preferred experience in ethics compliance, safety evaluation, training, compliance disciplines, and strong project management skills.,
