To lead and manage electrical maintenance activities across tyre manufacturing operations including Mixing, Stock Preparation, Tyre Building, and Curing, ensuring high equipment uptime, electrical safety, energy efficiency, and compliance with statutory and company standards.
Lead end-to-end electrical maintenance for tyre manufacturing equipment covering:
Mixing
Stock Preparation
Tyre Building
Curing presses
Ensure maximum equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
Hands-on exposure to PLC, HMI, VFD/Drives, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
Coordinate with OEMs and automation vendors for fault resolution, upgrades, and optimization.
Support automation improvement projects to enhance productivity and safety.
Develop and implement PM schedules, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance practices.
Conduct RCA
Candidate must have 15 to 22 years' experience as a lead role in EEI
